For the 2009 SEASAC Arts Festival I was the festival co-ordinator, responsible for setting up and managing the whole event. The festival was attended by over 250 students and staff from 9 schools from all over South East Asia. I had to lead a team of staff from the school’s administration, marketing, finance and maintenance departments to organise the logistics for the event. Some of the workshops were run by our own art staff but I also had to locate a number of international and local artists to provide the standard of experience required. We ran a total of  eleven workshops  representing a range of artistic disciplines from dance, drama, music and the visual arts. The whole event lasted 3 days and ended with a gala performance for our whole community.
